Every client email answered.
Inbox is a shared inbox for small teams. It reads the Gmail accounts your team connects into one list,
files each conversation under the client it belongs to, and shows what needs a reply, what is waiting on the
other side, and who owns what. It is free.

How Inbox uses your Google data
When you connect a Gmail account, Inbox reads its mail and calendars to show them to you and your team, sends the
replies you write, and marks mail read or archived when you ask. It never uses your data for advertising, never
sells it, and never uses it to train AI models. Each mailbox stays private to whoever connected it until they share
it. Read the details in the privacy policy.
Inbox’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
