Terms of service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Inbox, run by Untangle IT (“we”). By signing in you agree to them.
The service
Inbox is offered free of charge. We may change, add or remove features, and may end the service with reasonable notice.
Your account and workspace
- You sign in with a Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- A workspace’s owner decides who is in it, and can delete it and all of its data.
- You connect only mailboxes, calendars and Slack workspaces you are allowed to.
Acceptable use
Do not use Inbox to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to break the law or anyone’s rights, to get into accounts
or data that are not yours, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account or workspace that does.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide Inbox, as the privacy policy describes.
No warranty
Inbox is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Keep your mail in Gmail: Inbox works on a copy and is not a backup of it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Untangle IT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data,
profits or business, arising from your use of Inbox.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
